The Office of Strategic Communication and WiscWeb teams are working hard to rebuild as many of the UW Theme features as possible. For an understanding of what has and has not been accommodated so far, please review the list below. Features that are confirmed to be completed are highlighted in green.
If there is an existing UW Theme feature you do not see listed below and would like to understand the status, please reach out via the WiscWeb Support Request Form and we will add it to the list.
Status definitions
Completed
The feature has been reviewed and a replacement has been identified within the block editor and/or the Gutenberg theme.
In progress
The feature has been reviewed and a decision has been made about how the feature will be implemented. The build for this solution is in progress.
In review
The team is currently investigating the feature but no decisions have been made about how the feature will be implemented.
Post-launch
These features will not be ready for launch but that does not mean they will necessarily be deprecated.
Deprecated
The team has decided not to pursue this feature in the future Gutenberg theme.
